Key Responsibilities:
Support the firm’s most senior leaders and their staff functions to develop, implement and evolve accountability and ensure operational execution through process and systems.

Engage in a wide range of activities including strategic planning, operational performance, metrics trending, communications, and cross-functional collaborative work efforts.

Communication skills and building networks and partnerships are critical given the wide breadth of responsibilities to connecting with internal and external stakeholder.

Build and leverage networks and working relationships to help connect strategic initiatives and prioritize the most critical areas of focus for the enterprise leader, progress work and influence execution that drives business outcomes.

Needs to be flexible and able to operate in a dynamic environment.

The role has ownership and accountability to support the senior leader (i.e.

COO; CHRO; CTO) and the relevant Firm Forum (governing body) to function with more ease and speed.

Position Requirements

Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s Degree Required Advance Degree (Masters or MBA) preferred 7-10+ years of professional work experiences with at least 3 years serving as a leader Experience with data examination and budget management (preferred) Consultative experience with a focus on operations management (preferred) Experience in project reporting skills, with a focus on cross functional communication (preferred) Knowledge and Skills: Demonstrated ability to solve complex problems with a high degree of autonomy Proven leadership, systems-thinking and influencing skills Empathetic leader with high EQ to collaborate and influence across the firm Ability to facilitate senior leader planning and strategy discussions, clarify understanding and translate into key actions Critical thinking and problem-solving with ability to synthesize and communicate complex information Highly organized with attention to detail, balanced with ability to see broad picture and identify path forward Solid process and project management skills with proven ability to execute Proven success in leading/sponsoring large initiatives or projects Excellent written and verbal communication skills Flexible and able to operate effectively in ambiguous environment and work well under pressure Growth mindset, continuously seeking ways to improve contribution and impact
