has been engaged to recruit our client’s next Talent Acquisition Manager.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone to own and develop the Talent Acquisition function.

Reporting to the VP-HR, you will be the hands-on leader and have the opportunity to make a large impact within the HR function moving forward.

n n Summary n As the Talent Acquisition Manager, you are critical to the success and growth of our company.

You will oversee and manage the recruitment operations and will be responsible for the full cycle of recruiting, from defining requirements through sourcing candidates and negotiating offers.

You are responsible for developing the recruitment function into a business-aligned, value-added function.

You will coach hiring managers on selection and hiring best and next practices, partner with regional leadership, serve as a solutions partner and use data to inform and shape a range of strategies and decisions.

You will oversee and ensure compliance with the organization’s policies and for meeting regulatory requirements (EEO, AAP, etc.) for the company.

You will need to work effectively, creatively, and collaboratively throughout the organization with agreed-upon service levels and metrics, in full support of operational goals, initiatives and strategies for the organization.

n Key Responsibilities n Serve as a subject matter expert on all things talent acquisition Manage full-cycle recruitment for approximately 20-25+ openings across varying departments and market sectors Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies; provide innovative and creative solutions through demonstrated and extensive talent acquisition experience; understand market insights and trends; propose and lead initiatives to attract a diverse and inclusive workforce Partner with hiring managers to develop recruitment strategies, understand position requirements, set expectations and maintain communications Develop position descriptions that excite prospective talent and convey the responsibilities, expectations, requisite skills and experience with clarity Find and manage new candidate sourcing avenues and develop sourcing strategies for active and passive candidates Manage programs related to ongoing recruitment needs such as employee referrals, new or ongoing partnerships with schools, job fairs, etc.

Promote and oversee all candidate communications and information to ensure a positive candidate and hiring manager experience Possess deep knowledge and understanding of client specific business goals and strategies and use this information to develop new ideas and suggest successful strategies to meet talent needs, as well as to provide informed consultation to hiring managers Ongoing review and management of overall recruitment process; drive continuous improvement in the recruiting process to meet talent goals Develop and manage candidate tracking; create and develop data analysis process to measure success of talent acquisition efforts Maintain frequent interactions with a broad stakeholder network; able to effectively align the interests of multiple stakeholders
· Ensure that all federal government filings including the EEO-1 reports, VET4212 reports, and any other reports are filed accurately and on time; maintain Affirmative Action Program, providing accurate data to AAP/EEO vendor annually; analyze results and develop action plansn n Job Requirements: n Education: nBachelor’s Degree with an advanced degree or specialized training in human resources and/or business administration strongly preferred.n n Experience/Training: nA minimum of 5 years of related experience.

iCIMS and Ceridian Dayforce experience preferred.n n Skills: n
· Strategic thinker and high-performing employee who can organize and lead talent acquisition efforts n
· Sharp eye for talent, and ability to translate this capability into sourcing and recruitment n
· Demonstrated proficiencies in data management tools, report writing, and analysis tools, HRIS system, and applicant tracking system n
· Deep knowledge of recruiting industry best practices; strong business acumen n Ability to gather and analyze data to build recruitment strategy Experience developing and executing diversity recruitment strategies Superior process management skills, measuring and benchmarking success metrics, and driving continuous improvement in talent acquisition
· Demonstrated success working independently, creating and maintaining relationships, and managing multiple tasks with little direction, while being a team member.

· Demonstrated strong written and verbal skills along with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to interact and partner with various levels of management and staff.

· Solid ability to think strategically and problem solve through conceptual thinking, analytical and planning skills n
· Advanced client relationship skills with the ability to communicate proactively and consistently with multiple clients and business area leaders at all levels across the enterprise n Ability to establish, manage and leverage relationships with internal and external industry partners Demonstrated ability to operate in complex and matrixed environment while achieving desired outcomes Experience with federal regulatory compliance (EEO-1, VETS) and AAP reports, analysis and action plans; understanding of current employment laws including OFCCP’s guidelines for fair hiring practices Bell & Associates, Inc.
